Indiana vs. Kentucky
Anyone watch it? Man.... My roof about blew off when that shot went in... Should have never gotten to that point though as Indiana got away from what got them the lead in the second half. Gotta learn to throw the ball inside but I am pumped IU Basketball is officially back.
I will say though I was disappointed in the Kentucky big men... They had a terrible showing and the one (I cant for the life of me think of his name right now) acted like he didnt even want to be there.

Lots of calls down low in favor of IU, amazing how Kentucky big men got in foul trouble but Zeller had nothing called on him

Dont even go there.... Are you saying none of the ones called on Kentucky were fouls? For the big mans fourth he ran over our shooting guard at the three point line... They missed a ton both ways and Valentine has NEVER EVER done IU any favors.... Ive watched the game twice now and there were just as many calls that could have gone against IU as there were that could have gone against Kentucky.... It is irrelevant now but Watford was actually fouled on the last play of the game... If that shot doesnt go down and he doesnt get the call (which is very likely) then would IU fans have a beef? Fact of the matter is Kentucky lost because they didnt want it as much, turned the ball over WAY too many times, and missed a ton of free throws
Zeller had one foul because he stays on the grounds and tries to affect shots not block them... Go back and watch the tape... Im sure it will be on ESPN classics shortly... You will see him in good position the entire game while UK grabs and holds him in the post a TON. In the second half alone UK had 5 fouls while they were in the bonus around the 8 minute mark....

Don't get me started. The player you are refering to as seeming to not want to be there is Terrance Jones. All-American that didn't do jack tonight. That is exactly how he acted last year and I hope he doesn't revert back to that. I do believe there were several calls that helped IU out and provided the W. All in all, we were bound to lose eventually. Our point gaurd that is supost to be top notch and better than his brother, can't hit a freaking layup in the first half, and young players that didn't realize we were under the foul limit and could have prevented the shot for even happening. Another this is that if we play a team that shoots high percentage three's then it will be close. That is one of our weak points, lazy response to outside shooting. Oh, IU basketball is not back, sure they are undefeated, but who have they played before us and who is on their schedule? Just voicing my opinion on this, but if IU were that great and undefeated, I feel they should have been ranked, yet there are teams with losses that are, so what does that say about the club?

You can only play who is on your schedule and IU has beat them all... Last years team does not beat UK tonight or does not hold off the teams like they have so far... They were not ranked because no one watched games to see things really have changed... Zeller is a legit big man, Oladipo and Sheehe have raised their game to a new level, and Jordan Hulls is as tough as a 6 foot nothing white boy from Indiana can be. They played tonight without their back up PF also as Elston was said to not be hurt but didnt get on the floor.

Bad calls happen. When it's a couple Top 10 teams playing each other, the "bad call" arguments might have more weight. When you're a top-tier team playing an unranked opponent, you're expected to win decisively. What was the point spread on this game? UK didn't deliver, and IU was hungry. Great job to the Hoosiers. Wildcats fans - perfect seasons are rare; it sucks, but there's no doubt in my mind you'll recover by March with that talent.
Orangemen #1 tomorrow?

See... This is the part I dont get... Everyone on ESPN and around my area were acting like Indiana was 30 point underdogs and this was Hoosiers 2.0 again. Indiana has a good team and while I think Kentucky would have won had a couple of their players just played at their potential Indiana has a good team this year.
