Why would the owner do the GM's job?

Because the GM is not doing his job, that's why...

i'm way to mad the cavs cut baron. The only difference maker on our roster all of last year, and we just let him go.

meanwhile...dan gilbert is probably writing another letter to the nba throwing a fit that cp3 still ended up in la. He is probably crying so much he is drooling on himself. Here is an idea dan gilbert...focus on your team for once.

Yea Grant hasnt done much of anything.I guess signing AP is what we can count on. LOL I hope they use the money to pick somebody else up that can show Kyrie the ropes but it probably wont happen. All the other teams are making moves and we havent even talked about making one. I just dont understand it. Owell life of a Cleveland sports fan.

The only way Cleveland is going to get any free agents is if they overpay out the rear. The Cavs aren't going to go after overpriced free agents, at least not this season, especially considering they have no open roster spots as it is. They probably plan on sucking again this season for another high draft pick in a great draft class.

They will start overpaying mediocre free agents to come here next offseason, or maybe even the offseason after that.

I hope Kyrie is enough to sell tix at Quickens bc nobody that I talk to wants to go see the line up they have on the floor right now unless there playing a good team to go watch the other team but no even at the prices they want for a ticket. LOL I dont understand they cant bank on the draft who knows what will happen.

I would rather people not pay for tickets...makes them cheaper, which mean I can go to more games, which means I can get more autographs from Kyrie Irving.

I forgot how terrible the FSO announcers are, watching the game tonight. Anybody headed to the free Wine-and-Gold Scrimmage Sunday?

Kyrie looked decent tonight. Had some rookie turnovers, but overall played well.

Tristan Thompson on the other hand.......ugh. Horrible everything, outside of a couple blocks. Didn't like the pick when we took him, still don't like it. He just doesn't bring anything relevant to the table on a team that SEVERELY lacks playmakers/scorers.

Just one game... he shut down Villanueva fairly well most of the game. Going into the draft they knew offense was his weak point, while athleticism and offensive rebounds (2 in only 22 minutes). Looking at the rest of the team I'll take it for a back up PF. Still should have kept Hickson
