alot of kings fan have wanted this for a long time. but know the talk id they are going to hire sutter which is just murray version 2.0 so it doesnt make alot of since.

but firing and rehiring coaches won't help either because its still going to be the same personnel on the ice. Even more so than last year the Kings need to find scoring. They've scored fewer goals than any other team in the NHL. They got Mike Richards but they also lost Wayne Simmonds in the deal (which as a Sharks fan I'm very happy not to see him anymore). I think they either need to give up draft picks or some of their more defensive players to try and get some firepower because guys like Justin Williams and Drew Doughty are just not getting it done like Kings fans probably hoped

the all defense all the time system sure didnt help any either. you spend half a shift trying to get the puck then dump in it and hope to get it. Murray was awful making midgame adjustments and you should see that 1st hand being a sharks fan watching the playoff series last year.
also i hate to tell you but mike richards is going to hurt you alot more for the next 9 years than simmonds would of. granted doughty has a had a crappy year so far but thats the worse hes gonna be sooner or later he will wake up just like the rest of the team.
