11/12 Glossy Score Mistake?
I have a Zdeno Chara glossy card from 11/12 score, and it is MOST DEFINITELY a glossy parallel, but doesn't say so on the back of the card where the number is.
Zdeno Chara Stanley Cup Champions #61
Has anyone else noticed this or is my card potentially worth a little more because of the error?

Yes. This error applies to all of the Bruins cards.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

Thanks for the info. I was wondering the same thing because I have a Tim Thomas Glossy without the word glossy on the back. Now I know why. Thanks.

Yes, the error is applicable to all Bruins' glossies. The Season Highlights cards, however, do not have this problem.

so i didn't even realize it said glossy on the back by the number for the 11-12 cards...what about last years 10-11 cards. i have two boedkers, both bought off ebay and neither say glossy and i can't tell the difference for the life of me.

10-11 where very hard to tell the glossys apart from the base. This year's glossy's are afixed with the glossy word by the number on back. All bruins base glossy's are not noted glossy on back. I heard from panini it was a last minute error.

for last year, the way to tell is to move a regular card under a light source and you will see the light is diffused equaly on the card. The glossy how ever will diffuse a very round spot for the light and then fade out really fast. This is how you can tell it is a glossy when not mark on th eback like this year bruins or all card from last year. The finish simply do not diffuse the light the same way. You got to move that card to see it when the angle is optimal.
