It was an exciting game and I'm happy with the Bulls win, but I thought they would've decimated the Lakers with Kobe playing hurt again and the Lakers with the personnel changes. It was disappointing to see the Bulls having to pull off a come from behind victory, with things coming down to the last couple of plays.
Noah didn't play too great today either! Hopefully he'll shake off the rust, stay healthy, and improves as the season goes along.

Rose's shooting was atrocious. Boozer was a no show. Noah's played limited minutes, not sure why, maybe his plantar is acting up. At least, Deng is consistent as always. Warriors outplayed them tonight definitely. Hamilton played as good as a 33 year old on the decline can play, I'm still not thrilled about the signing, but he's still better than Bogans. . .

Ya, sloppy and in more than one way. On offense when you turn the ball over 20 times and on defense when one of the best defensive teams in the league can't defend the high pick n roll and allow 30 points in the first quarter. If you don't consider that a sloppy game then we don't define the word the same way.

The thing is with the Bulls is D-Rose is the only real scoring threat. And as a PG, that's not a good thing to have. I was watching ESPN First Take and this stat was said.
" Only 2 PG's in NBA history have lead there team in scoring and won a title, Magic and Isiah Thomas. However, they lead the team in scoring be a small margin and those teams were balanced in scoring."
That being said, the Bulls need another scoring threat.

I think Chicago is first and foremost a well coached team. After that I don't give 'em much. Rose is good, but unless someone else can step up and consistantly score, I don't think they have a chance for a championship. I'm not really sure how he ended up w/ so many assists tonight. He must have had a huge 1st quarter b/c he didn't have many that I saw.
With a player like Rose they better get one soon b/c the quick first step doesn't stay around for long and his jumper is suspect. They shot ridiculous from behind the line in the 4th.
