    I am wondering if it is possible that it could be a promotional card? I have seen cards similar (either #d 000/whatever, xxx/whatever, etc) and they have been promotional issues. But then again, with soooo many errors on the part of the companies, no telling lol.

    actually the card you have was never supposed to be packed out, it is a replacement card , in case a damaged one needs to be replaced.

    It's stamped 000/100 .... replacement cards arn't stamped until they have the damaged card in hand. Just a mistake with the stamper.
