No the top center is what your looking for /10. O'sullivan has the same cards in the set(besides maybe the triple auto, can ignore that this is an old scan haha)

Do not confuse different set that both have a print run of 10: Be a player autographs is out of 10 and there is also a BAP signature out of 10 also.

Upper Deck 2006-07 Be A Player Not sure where the rookie signature list....

Upper Deck 2006-07 Be A Player Autographs /10

Upper Deck 2006-07 Be A Player Signatures No print run

    Upper Deck 2006-07 Be A Player Signatures 10 /10

    Upper Deck 2006-07 Be A Player Signatures 25 /25

Whatever you want to label it I don't care just thought I would show him the actual parallel /10 to the card he's looking for just of a different player

He ask for the BAP autographs /10, not the BAP signature /10 that you are showing him. These sets are confusing a bit but he did ask for the BAP autographs not the BAP signature that both are out of /10. So you did not read his first post correctly or confused the set, as these are two different sets.
