Anyone sell on COMC?

If anyone has sold on COMC, is it any good? Im looking to dump all my Inserts, RCs, and a few GU and AUTOs there (low end)

Basically just wondering if these sell any good? Maybe 50 cents each for say....a card /500 of a semi star?

Things can take a while to sell, but overall I'm pleased. Don't expect that you're going to move everything quickly like you would if you just put them up for auction on eBay. But what I like about it is that after you pay the initial processing fee, as I sell cards on COMC, I can then spend that money on other cards on the site I want without paying any more fees! Overall, I like the experience. I wish they had more traffic, but still overall very pleased!

i'm about a third of the way through my first batch, had them listed back in sept maybe. works good for me cause i'm no hurry to move them, and they are mostly mid 90s stuff i have listed. i do have a 2nd batch standing by once i make enough to cover the initial cost. pkremer said i just use the cash i make to purchase new cards, probably why i don't have enough to send in new batch yet, oh well. the only downside to comc is cash out fees, but if you treat it more like a trade site in you sell some and then buy some all is good, at least that is the way i treat it. or you can always use the cash get some nicer cards, have them shipped to you and then put on ebay, this might help beat some of the high cash out rate, just a thought

I have about 100 items up there. I like to use it to fill holes in my sets. Combined shipping sure beats ebay.

People are allowed to send offers to you up to 50% of what you are asking. And they will. Keep this in mind when setting your prices.

The only thing I haven't quite figured out is how some people sell the card for cheaper than it cost them to post the card up in the first place. There must be someway of getting around some of the fees. It cost at least .20 per card to list but I have purchased some cards for less than that.

they run deals from time to time for posting. Also I believe they sell their own cards, so you may be seeing some of those. They also have a way to donate cards to a charity which sell low to turn them over quick.

one thing i have of done is if i have some cards that i have had listed for some time and they still aren't selling, i'll drop the price to 10 or 15 cents, yeah you loose little bit on those cards but if you sell a card for $10 then loosing a few cents on a couple cards isn't that big of deal and you still come out ahead, if that makes sense

I have 1030 cards being listed right now so I can give it a fair shot. 90% are numbered /100 and less so hopefully I can continue to use them.

I would love to try them out but most of the cards I would have to put on there wouldn't survive the initial fees. One of the things I wish they could figure out is how to do larger lots of players.
