Just because she's trying to encourage healthier eating doesn't mean she herself can't dabble in delicacies every once in a while. To me, people should be concerned about other things than her eating habits.

I have to agree with this. Just because someone is concerned about eating healthy doesn't mean they can't have a treat now and then. And don't 40-something year old women who have had kids tend to have a little extra weight anyway? I was surprised to see she is getting near 50. I thought maybe early 40's.
