Does anyone have a Topps Chrome Jeff Foster RC? I realize that the BV is very low, but I have an interesting project I would like to start. Of course, I would prefer to trade for multiples, but that did not work out on past posts (on other trade boards). Perhaps we can work something out - thanks.
