If you pull the First Card in a Serial Numbered group, the Players Number that corresponds to the Serial Number, or the last Serial Numbered Card in the group, that is considered an.......

Yup, lets say that there are 100 cards printed, and you pull a Mario Lemieux #1/100, then you pull a #66/100, then you pull a #100/100.

Those are all considered eBay 1/1's Lol, and MORONS will pay sometimes double what the card actually Books for.

its not moronic at all. It adds a lot more appeal to a collector if it has some kind of perk to the numbering issue for it, especially if a player collector can get a card numbered to the players jersey number.

Your problem is you seem to think that no one should go over the stated price in the price guide, which is exactly that, its a guide, an estimate, a value that is not set in stone and there should be examples like the numbering that would show more of a premium to a card

I agree that the significant serial numbers hold a certain appeal and personally I try to get them whenever I can... I've managed to pickup some complete rainbows all jersey-numbered - only when I can get them at regular prices though. I do agree with the preceding post as well to an extent... Some sellers put way too much emphasis on a cool number making something a "1/1" and are nuts if they expect double, triple or more.
