Martin Prado SP expired redemption

I found a thread where someone pulled the same redemption and found out UD never came through on securing his auto so they sent him some replacement stuff (his redemption wasn't expired at the time). It sucks that the best auto in the box is an expired redemption. I checked Upper Deck's website and they say they don't honor expired redemptions anymore. Has anyone tried to get something for an expired redemption from UD lately? All FT for guys in my sig. Thanks for the read.
