    Die cut cards....more BS

Gotta love it man, "masterpiece" cards, as he calls them. Check out all his GREAT stuff.

Check out these inserts from the description.

You are bidding on the Die Cut card listed above numbered 1/1.

This is a RARE Collector's Item and a Once in a Lifetime Listing.

It's a perfect starter card for the new collector and a must have for any serious Fan. Don't miss out on your chance to own such a rare and limited print item...especially at such a low low price. Check out our other auctions for: Game Used Memorabilia cards, Rookies, Autographs, Limited Print items, Star Player Lots and much more.

(Yeah right, can't wait to see the GU stuff....priceless.)

    BUT MY FAOVORITE WAS THIS:

"EMAIL ME IF THERE IS A CERTAIN PLAYER YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THAT I DO NOT HAVE LISTED. I HAVE A HUGE COLLECTION OF THESE 1/1's."

No $hit dude, because you are making them.

I swear to god man, I'm going home tonight and I'm going to scribble 1/1 on a bunch of cards, and them have my daughter cut them up.

Be sure to bid on my 1/1 DIE CUTS....what a joke.

That is absolutely ridiculous. They are truly ruining the card business and should be stopped. I wonder if Topps or Upper Deck would do something?

I don't really see a problem with it. The listing indicates that it is an "after market" alteration. It could be misleading for a youthful card collector, but if you are a fan of a particular player, and want something unique... You have to admire the seller's ingenuity though - LOL! There are too many other FACTORS out there already ruining the hobby, and I don't think that this is a final straw. If you don't like it...don't bid on it - it's that simple! Just my 2 cents worth...

    Peace,
    Steve

I didn't say it's ruining the hobby, I just think it's funny stuff. Did you read some of the feedback? One guy said "didn't read item description correctly, thought I got great deal, turns out to be a piece of %$%^". Sucks to be him, he bought like 5 cards too.
I just think its such a waste of time, and obviously he's doing it to catch the occaisional kid, or person that doesn't read the whole auction.

If you want something unique.....cut it yourself!!!! Good god take any card and cut the corners....there you go!! UNIQUE, a 1/1

Thanks for the advice though..."if you don't like it, don't bid on it"

I never said I was bidding on it, it just gets me a little fired up. I see a lot of Counterfeiting in my line of work (money, not cards) But it's all the same principle. Somone makes a fake copy of something...and most of the time it gets caught, someone spots the fake, etc. But every once in awhile somone just takes the bill, or just bids on the auction without reading. And that one time that it works, maybe 1/50 or so, someone makes a profit, and well it just pi$$es me off a little. I guess It's just my upbringing, and the way I was taught.
I'm not trying to start a war here, i just simply stated that I think this stuff is crap, and it burns me up. Just my 2 cents.

    Insane,

I did not REALLY think you were that "upset" over this, I just like playing mini-moderator at times! LOL! I did not look farther, but I bet the customer who thought he was getting a steal, will look harder the next time. I recently "overpaid" for a sci-fi item that I thought was actually autographed, but it turned out only to be a COPIED document! I checked again, and was so excited initially, that I did not see where the seller indicated the truth about the signatures! Live and learn! LOL! Good catch, and a very interesting "share" topic.

    Peace,
    Steve
