    Dinged Nugent!!

    I bought three packs of 11/12 UD hobby at a show, got home and opened them. First pack, nothing but base, second pack, noticed all cards are dinged from packing I guess, start looking through the cards and notice a yg in the middle were they always are, but it's dinged, not bad, but dinged, and looked at the name, Ryan-Nugent Hopkins, wasn't to happy with this. My question is, will UD take care of me when I call them about this and replace the dinged Nugent.

    Buy the way, the third pack was all dinged to, with no cards of mention.

    Send them all in to UD. State specifically that you want the RNH replaced by exactly the same thing and nothing else.

    Send it registered mail, that way they will take it seriously, make sure and save a draft copy of your letter along with taking scans of your cards and keeping a record of the scans until your replacement cards arrive.

    Contact them first via the 1-800 number. Get yourself a case number. They will ask you to send in the packs as well. With the new authorized retailer thing, they may want a receipt too. They're usually pretty good at helping out with requests of this nature.

    I will do that, but can't supply a receipt since I got them at a local show.
