I am so upset with myself

Hey everybody... I just want to get this out. I am so upset with myself. I sold I bet 70 items this past month on eBay, and two the things got sent to the wrong people. I am not too worried about those two because both guys seem really cool. Today though I got an e-mail saying I didn't include some graded cards in a lot, and that really upset me. I put the lot down as including fourteen graded cards and I sent fourteen graded cards, but it didn't include four that I said I was going to include. I hate that I did this because I want all my customers to be happy, and I'm going to hate the day when I get my first negative whenever that is. I told the guy that when I mail the rest of the cards that I forgot I would refund half his purchase price. I feed so bad though that I plan on refunding his purchase price, shipping price, and including at least one if not two additional graded cards. I know this is just sort of rambling on, but I had to get my thoughts out. Thanks for listening.

Just found out the package was probably tampered with... The buyer said when he got the package there was only two stacks of five graded cards in the package and I sent two stacks of five and one stack of four. So because of somebody between here and there I will probably recieve a negative. Grrr....
