05-06 UD Hockey Showcase Question/Clarification Needed

Did a quick search of the talk forum and nothing came up so here's the question I have:

Does anyone know for sure if there were two versions of the 05-06 UD Hockey Showcase cards (Pewter & Bronze is what I've read in several places???).

Here are two that I have. The Heatley I'm pretty sure came out of a Beckett as a promo, but there's no marking. The Burke is one of the ones I claimed online back when they had the promotion going.

Can anyone tell me which is which?

Has anyone tried building this set? I'm working on it now and have maybe 20 so far.

There are two versoins.

You could get them sent to you via Upper Deck.... they were running some kind of NPN Contest at the time (entered daily, on their website).

After they all hit the market, and (the rookies in particular) were selling for pretty good coin - a whack more were released as inserts in Beckett Magazines.

Not sure how to tell which one is which though.

The darker version is the original versions from UD, the lighter version is the Beckett version. However, I received a Yann Danis darker and then a few months later received a lighter one from them as well. Not too sure why...
