I cannot believe how bad this week was

I am pumped all week about ISU playing Nebraska, possibly a game that can be important for the Big 12 North Champion.

My Dad said he thought Nebraska was going to win but I didn't think so. But Im watching the game and I couldn't be happier when ISU went up 13-10. But then came the time I never in my life want to remember again. Nebraska tied it up 13-13 with about 4 minutes to go. Nebraska then go the ball back after an ISU punt and went to the ISU Red Zone.

Some how, some way ISU got the ball back and I still to this minute do not know how they did but when I checked my computer ISU had the ball and Nebraska didn't score any points.

So the game went into OT and then ISU scored a TD. But then Nebraska scores one right back. Nebraska get the ball back in 2OT and get a touchdown.

Then ISU ran the ball with a BACKUP running back-threw an imcomplete pass-ran it with their QB... all of those on 1st-2nd-3rd and 10. And then the QB, Bret Meyer threw it into 3 man coverage! The ball comes no where near anyone and the game is over.

If ISU is one game behind the Big 12 North Champion then I'll remember this game and want to cry.

    Bad things about this game:
1.) ISU doesnt have Big 12 North Lead.
2.) ISU will not be ranked after this week.
3.) Even if ISU wins the next couple of weeks they probably won't be ranked because they get no respect until they beat a ranked team.

It looks like at least 6 more teams will be ranked ahead of ISU BUT 7 teams ranked ahead of ISU did lose today. I just think they'll be in Rank 26-30 after this week.

Sorry for the rant but for me to be pumped and then to lose in 2OT is horrible.

I'll give you that. Ever since Crouch, Nebraska has sucked. Still have the Fighting Irish to fall back on. It's odd, I live in Ky, and I love their basketball team, but football I'm a Nebraska and Notre Dame fan.

Husker fan here too. I was happy but they have sucked pretty bad since Crouch was gone. They dont look great this year but 4-0 is 4-0, have to do something right.

ISU is looking bad, somehow they got beat by Baylor. They're in 4th in the Big 12 NORTH and that divison is the worst in the whole Country. I guess the only thing I can hope for is a Bowl.
