what more can I do???
okay so on November 22nd I was paid for selling a T-206 Monster reprint 524 card set. I shipped it out no problem. Now today I get an email from the buyer that says hey its been a month and I have not gotten this yet. Worried I go down to my law firm's mail room. We do some digging and they find the record of it. Since its a law firm every piece of mail that goes out gets scanned so now I have an actual scan of my package, their address, the postage dated November 23rd, the morning after I was paid, and the delivery confirmation slip. Get a printout of that, go back to my desk, go onto USPS.com and put in the tracking number. It shows as being delivered in their town on November 26th.
I then go and contact them letting them know I sent it out the day after and gave them the tracking number to show it was delivered. Get a response back saying 'It was _not_ delivered to me because I haven't received it yet. Please follow up on this further.'
What am I following up on? I have proof that I sent it both in a timely manner and with tracking as well as proof from the postal service that it was delivered

Unfortunately, with the post office, if you didn't insure it, they don't care. The DC just shows that they dropped your package off SOMEWHERE. Doesn't necessarily mean it was delivered to the address on the label.

was this on ebay, or scf? If ebay, in my experience if the DC shows it was delivered to the correct address, then Paypal will rule in your favor. For this reason I never pay for DC unless I'm selling something, and insurance is up to the buyer if they want it (learned this the hard way)...

That's another good thing about PayPal shipping.. there's no debate in the fact that it was sent to the right address (not delivered.. but sent). With people who do not use PayPal automated shipping and physically write the name and address down (even if you use DC) there's always room for human error. You can easily write down "114 Main Street" instead of "141 Main Street".
