    Sorry didn't see this sooner, but not everyone in a town can killed (essential characters), but for the ones you can kill they will be dead forever. The guards however I think will always come back.

    Be careful though, by killing certain people one may be eliminating quests before they can even start.

    I basically stopped playing until any DLC comes out. I'm at lvl 73, gets really laggy within 20min whenever I play now so I hope that gets fixed but I doubt it.

    I had heard on the PS3 version, when you get to higher levels, the system gets so bogged down it is nearly unplayable. I thought they were supposed to be working on a patch for that but I don't know for sure. I got the PC version because of this, only problem is my computer was powerful 3 years ago. Not quite so much now but the game is playable, just gets a little laggy after a while.

    I think you're right. The same thing happened with their last two Fallout games as well on the consoles.

    Once the save file gets too big it starts to have frame rate/ freeze issues and basically becomes unplayable.
