    Damaged replacements from Panini

    After about 20 phone calls and 10 months later Panini finally calls me this week. I had called them about a Demarcus Cousins RPM /10 that I pulled had been damaged. I sent off the card in late april. I had tried calling them months before hand on other redemptions. Well today I had a word with the Manager and it went over well. They are sending me a dual cousins and evans contenders /10 for the /10 counsins. They are also going to replace my kobe I have been waiting on for 9 months now with either a kobe or a durant. I requested a durant. She is also going to look at how long it's taken to get cards back to me and replace the others that has taken 8 months or better. looks like for once they might be getting thier act together. Just figured I would share that info.

    They already sent the card out and 3 packs with it. The request has been updated with a shipping dc. So I'm pretty sure I'll get the card.

    I think they just hired all the people that were laid off from upper deck, same people caused them to loose their licensing of pro products
    I've found Topps has been on top of things recently, other than the fact, they are pretty strict with elapsed time on redemtions.
