need help with comc

i didnt have store credit...used paypal balance though..is there a delay if i used paypal and not store balance?

Nope, if you bought using paypal, and not through store credit they ship it out once you pay. Did you check your past shipments?

im not seeing a past shipments section all i can find is a manage shipments button..and it says

Shipment #124760: Ready to Ship Upon Request
Next Step: Review details and then send shipment request

Add cards to this shipment by going to Manage Inventory and clicking the "Ship" button.


so i click the manage inventory button and its empty..although what your saying makes sense because this i had to pay for shipping costs at checkout as shown below..

so im assuming its going to be automatically shipped...which my last order 2 years ago wasnt automatically shipped and i had to mark them as shipped...i dunno lol this site is just way to confusing for the normal person stumbling upon it..why cant they just use the kiss method lol

If you look below where it says the shipment is currently empty it should say

"Shipment History"

Is there anything there?

Did you get any email's from COMC about if the cards were being packaged to be shipped or anything?

the email i had registered 2 years ago when i registered it was hacked and i dont have access to it anymore..i cant figure out how to change my email addy on comc...so i emailed them with my new one and havent gotten a response..so i called and i got an answering machine during business hours lol....

the only place the cards show up is under the "other shopping cart purchases" and i click on the date purchase was made and it shows them all...but i cant do anything with them

Does it show you the price you paid as well as the 25 cent handling fee?
