    Another 86 Mets tribute piece

    Just figured I would show thiis piece off.I am a huge 86 Mets fan and love collecting autos of them and putting them in a theme.
    I was lucky enough to pick up this dual Wilson/Buckner auto (always wanted one) off Ebay.



    Instead of throwing it in a box,I incorporated it into this Steiner 16x20 photo I picked up really cheap on Ebay.It's authenticated with Mel Stottlemyre's auto.
    I am kinda handy so off to Michaels for a piece of mat board and a frame.A little thinking and I came up with this.



    Really happy with it and a great idea for anyone else looking to do something like it.

    Very nice!

    I remember the Bill Buckner game very well. I was in the hospital having just broken my elbow. Had to have titanium pins/wire wrapped around the bone after they retrieved it. I woke up after surgery, and about 10 minutes later, after the nurse turned on my TV in my room, the ball scurried beneath Bill's glove.

    I will never forget that game, or that series. Such a shame they didn't win more after 1986. Great team!
