    Print or Hand Written?

I was wondering what is everyone's preference on printing or hand writing your letters to players? I know in the past it was always thought that hand writing was more genuine, but with all the technology nowadays I'm not sure it really matters anymore. I figured I would start printing mine (I've always hand written in the past) it should be a lot faster and hopefully come with the same results.

I do use a printer for most of mine as my handwritting is not the best. I personally sign each letter and be sure to make the letter player specific.

I hand write all mine, but I feel you make a really good point. I'd still lean hand written but I'm sure it probably doesn't matter a whole lot anymore.

I have terrible hand writing so I have always typed my letters and envelopes. I don't think It has made a difference. My felling is that it doesn't matter how the letter is written but what is written in the letter.

    This.

I used to hand write my letters but switched to printing them to save time. My success rate stayed about the same so I stick with printing and just make it player specific.

I have not been doing this too long, but I have always handwritten my material. However there has never been a problem pointed out to me when it comes to sloppiness, so that might effect my decision too. However I think at some point I will become a typer... but not right now.

Always, always, always, always, always, ALWAYS hand write your letters. You will look like a spammer who sends out form letters to a bunch of players, hoping to re-sell their 'graph. Although, I haven't been doing this for a very long time either, this is just my opinion. If you make it player specific, like brought up above, that would be good.

You will NOT always look like a spammer if you type letters. I type almost 90% of my letters, hand write to few people. I ALWAYS make my letter specific to the player, and NEVER use form letters.

I type mine due to the fact that my kindergarten teacher rolls over in her grave every time I put pen to paper. I do sign each LOR.

I still hand write mine. I make it short and sweet and to the point. I have flirted with the idea of typing my letters but I feel it is more cost effective to hand-write even if it is more time consuming. Ink in a pen is cheaper than ink in a cartridge. Plus, if I typed my letters I wouldn't have gotten the cool note from Anthony Armstrong complimenting me on my penmanship.
