Universal Sports Authority - Is this real or fake?

Long story short, I'm trying to sell off some of my collection since I'm running out of room and one of those items is a Bobby Crosby signed ball I bought a few years back that has a COA and photo of Bobby signing from Universal Sports Authority. I realize this might not get more than a few bucks (if even that), but I don't want to sell crap on ebay and as I was looking back to verify the COA on their website I came across some posts on other sites about how this company is a fake.

I know there are a lot of experts on here that probably have some insight into this, so can anyone out there provide some guidance? Here's a photo of the ball (hologram is #4044 and does still come up on their site)...
