Hey guys, I've got a few friends hoping to get drafted this year and thought it'd be cool to make some customs for them to have and sign and all that. This is my first try at custom cards I was hoping to get some feedback on it before I delve deeper into this project. Not sure if I should go full picture, or what. Just like to get some opinions on whether or not I should keep going or not.

While I was making these I decided to make a few to try to send out and get auto'd.

Also, does anyone know what kind of paper/cardstock would be good to print these on?

I also thought of doing a Gold border 1/1 card...yay or nay? Also, someone requested a "beach parallel" featuring models in bikinis, I thought it was an...interesting idea so I made a mockup that I can post if there's more interest/it isn't against the rules. Input is appreciated!

Really nice design... Neat and clean. The second run, mayba your logo is a bit to close to the border. As for gold... when you print it will always look brown... what ever you do... So if you don't mind brown, go with gold!
I print on photo paper and then spray glue on white stock (found at staples). Cut at the exacto after...

Ya we used to play ball together and against each other before and during high school. I see him around during breaks and stuff
