You are suppose to pay 3 days after you take spot.

Then it should be enforced. Im sure there are other people who could fill those spots and have them paid. If the people dont have the money for a couple weeks then they can get into a later break.

Rules state that you are supposed to pay three days after trade confirmation. That means that technically they can request a spot, not confirm the trade, and wait til they're ready to pay.

Granted, I'm not a fan of this strategy but what can I do.

I'll take the last slot that's opened up, give the last person until 8 am to complete the deal and pay or open up their spots, hate to be rude but there are plenty of people who will be willing to take those spots.
