    Calling Panini...

    Hey everyone,
Just a quick(and maybe stupid) question, is this the right number to call Panini regarding a redemption question: (817) 662-5203? Also, will I be charged for a long distance call? I just don't want my parents to see the phone bill and wonder what/who I've been calling long distance

Any help would be great, thanks!

    (800) 852-8833

This is the number I use when I call them. This one goes directly to the automated customer service hotline. If you are going to call, make sure you do as early as possible, it seems like you will always be put on hold for 10-15 min otherwise and then told to hang up and call back.

Look at that, 3 minutes after I post the thread and I already have a response. Thanks! I will call them tomorrow afternoon then.

all 1-8xx numbers are toll free ;)

I looked at their "Contact Us" page and called the customer support number, but was told it was long distance so I wasn't sure. Didn't think to call the number at the top haha

Thanks to both of you for your help!

Not true. 817 is the area code in Texas where Panini is located. Only 800, 888 and sometimes 866 are toll free...

    800
    855
    866
    877
    888

these are the toll-free numbers. Keep in mind that companies do have the ability to allow or block callers from various areas that they do not want to pickup the dime for.

that number MIGHT not work and you would have to use the 817 number
