Dilemma
Hey guys
debating what to get so decided to ask here :)
what do you think would be a better choice?
Nugent Hopkins h&p auto $65
or panini limited break 15 box case $65 one team spot, 28 teams
thought it'd be cool to join the limited break as a gift for finishing my semester but the nugent auto is sick lol

the break sounds more enticing.

The break sounds fun but I always wonder how many teams could you have that would actually be worth while. I've been in plenty of group breaks and when you have only one team, there's a good chance that you'll get a team who only gets 1 or 2 hits, especially with a small product like limited.
I would go with adding that PC Nuge. I love the feeling of receiving mail just as much as breaking cards and at least you know what you're getting.

As much of a gamble as box breaks are, group breaks are even more.
Basically you're asking if you should gamble or go with the sure thing.
The smarter money is always on the sure thing, but that's nowhere near as fun. Worst case scenarios you walk away with nothing from the break or the second you get the Nuge, you're going to be a little disappointed.
Ask yourself this: If I walk away from the break with nothing, will I be upset I didn't just buy the RNH?

Or hold off, pick the RNH auto up a year from now for around $20.

If your set on spending it now, id take the Nuge. Group break for one team is a huge gamble. Your 65$ could turn into a parallel and a jersey card with a value of 5$

Take the break - if you end up with the Oilers chances are you'll end up with a much nicer Nuge auto.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...
