Unfortunately with this UD policy we're seeing a lot of "black market" type stuff happening with their products. You need to ensure where you are getting the product from has gotten it from a reputable distributor. We've even seen boxes with serials cut out of them so they can't be tracked back to whatever shady distributor got a hold of them.

I had this problem in 08-09 series 1. I called and let them know and sent in the stuff and they sent me 6 ygs, all the top ones except Stamkos (wheeler, brassard, voracek, etc) and 6 hobby packs of 07-08 opc which by luck yielded a Price RC
