    No,
If I'm not mistaken the only true Sedin RCs are from the 97-98 Black Diamond set that also has Luongo and Lecavalier.
The Luongo from this set (98-99 UD Choise?) is also not a RC, but the Matt Cooke is his RC.

You see a lot of cards from 98-99 sold as Sedin RCs on Ebay and several are marked "rookie" on the card, but they aren't. A lot of the same things happen with Luongo cards (especially the one from that set and his "Young Guns" card).
I will say 98-99 is my favourite year for UD/Collector's Choice. I'd say $3 for the pair is pretty fair.

The only other set that features the Sedins in their rookie year is 1997-98 Swedish Collector's Choice, but as I understand it Swedish releases don't qualify for RC status.

    Not very rare.

Walmart has been selling boxes of that set for several months now..... for $8 (gives you an idea of how low-priced the cards are).

You wouldn't get a whole set out of a single box. I'd imagine you'd see these cards show up every two or three boxes..... but they're certainly not SPs, or tough to find.
