FS Hockey card collection per pound
I am intrested in selling a box of hockey cards that I have. They range from cards from the ninteies and up to 2008. I am not sure what they would be worth. I didnt know if anyone ever sells cards but the pound? Is this a crazy Idea to try to sell by the pound?

If I was you I would scan them, nine to a scan (like a card page) and link to a Photobucket account.
Or, you could list them here. I'm sure you know something about how to look cards up in a price guide; even if the players' names mean nothing to you, you could list the cards that have a book value of $5-$10 or more and perhaps sell individually.
I can tell you that the card sets from about 1989 to the mid-90s weren't worth too much because it was either O-Pee-Chee, Topps, or Upper Deck. So, figuring out that you have SPX, Artifacts, Pacific, etc. would be helpful to potential buyers, because personally, I would probably only offer you about $10 for the whole box, maybe $20 if it was like a 5000-card box.
Just some friendly advice... :)
