It may cover the financial costs, but how do you replace 14 years' worth of cards, especially the 1/1s and other low-numbered items.

The thing regarding Insurance with something like cards, is that you almost need a photo of every card to prove what you had in your inventory.
That or direct receipts. Pretty tough to show photos of what was stolen when your inventory in turning over all the time. That is why Insurance will probably only cover 60% loss.

I will tell the dealers at my show this Saturday to be very suspicious of anyone trying to move a lot of high end cards.

This is terrible, I've bought off of Mike before. He was great to deal with. Sounds definatly targeted, whoever did it knew the place and also knew they had a decent amount of time. Here's hoping the person(s) who did this get caught trying to sell off the #'d stuff.

now another card store in the same area was broken into. stadium sports cards. 12 miles from the 1st break in. Hopefully the losers who are doing this get caught.
