Ridiculous!!!!!

lol i had same thing happen at mcdonalds once..not to this extent though...i grabbed supper and it came to like 9 and change...and i signed the cc reciept and it said 9..im a business owner and all fast food i deduct on taxes lol..anyways i goto work and get a call from the accountant asking if i was hungry last night..i was like huh..she said stopped at mcdonalds twice last night and spent total of 59 dollars and change..come to find out the drive thru lady copied my number down and when i left she waited 2 hours and then manually ran my number for 50 dollars and stole 50 cash fom the cash register so the numbers were equal on her part lol...she got fired and i got 20 dollar gift card..it was ridiculous..and yes im a hardees guy now lol

hahaha wow....well after many conversations with Dave and Buster's today this is where I am at....I was told that a refund would take 5 to 7 days to post to my account....then the lady called back and told me that she was able to cancel that and then cut me a check for $4200 and it will be overnighted on Tuesday so I will get it on wednesday...they are not making me pay the 42 dollars and they are taking care of any overdraft fees that occur because I had bills scheduled to come out on Tuesday and they are giving me formal compensation through the mail...no idea what that means haha

Too bad not all business is done that way. Good that D&B is doing that for you, most businesses now would just refund your money and let you deal with the charges, or even worse.

I did get the money yesterday....although it was at 5 in the afternoon after the banks had closed I did get it....I also recieved a $150 gift card for dave and busters and a letter of appology...kudos to them for rectifying the situation!!!
