    Need advice on a purchase

Won a card on auction site. Won it at below market value. Seller now says he can't find card. He has 100% feedback. What kind of feedback would you leave?

    Negative
If he lost your card,(you paid and won) he's liable for your possession

You don't sell something you don't have, which is what he's done
Hit him hard, give him a negative,

Sellers have to be organized, not finding something you listed for sale is immature

I dont think he actually lost the card, rather as you stated "below market value" is what caused him to make such excuses. If you have paid ask for a refund immediately.

I usually don't condone hitting sellers on Ebay with negatives, unless the deal goes horribly wrong, but in this case I would and here is why.

The entire principle on Ebay, the reason it grew to what it is today, is because people are able to get deals on items. I remember I put an 09/10 SPA Immortal Inks Wayne Gretzky /10 up for auction, and it only sold for $350. That is practically half of what they typically sell for and yes I was pissed off and yes I did contemplate trying to figure out a way to get out of the deal. That being said I completed the deal because I took the risk at the get go of listing it in an auction and it was the right thing to do. If I wanted more then I should've listed it as a BIN or started the bid price significantly higher.

I'd say get a refund and hit him with a negative.
