need some ebay problem help

title says it i need some help
i bought a card on ebay using my bill me later feature on paypal and i have not recd the card
i paid back on the 21st of last month
can anyone help me figure out how to find the transaction # or how to go about a paypal claim for this
i have emailed and messaged him 6 times in the past week with no returns
he has yet to post any kind of shipping info either

can you file a claim? if no reply after 6 times in a week I'd file the claim.

i need to find the transaction number and through the billmelater page i dont know where to get it

then i can file a claim

Logon to ebay, click the auction in question, upper right hand corner view order details should get you to paypal and the info you request.


•View order details
•View PayPal transaction
•View purchased item
•Contact buyer
•Relist
•Unmark as payment received
•Print another label

i click on veiw details on the left side not right side but it doesnt tell me anything like what ur describing

Yea i meant to say left side... That way i mentioned showed it for something i sold. I tryed that will something i bought and your right. On that page your only option is to contact ebay buyer protection at the bottom small writing.

How about trying to locate it your paypal by searching payments sent. Find the one your looking for and get the Unique Transaction ID and ebay item number then go to either ebay buyer proctection or paypal resolution center.

If you still cant find it contact paypal and tell them the amount you paid and they should beable to look it up for you.

i tried but for some reason my bill me later purchases dont show up in my regular paypal transactions
i have no idea why
i emailed paypal
hopefully i get a response
