Went to the World Golf Championships at Doral (Miami) today to watch Phil, Tiger & the boys. I didn't go to graph but I did take a sharpie, I bought a pairings book & I stopped by the Seagrams tent where they gave me a tag with an autograph backing. Just so happens I bumped into a couple unusual people.

Donald Trump, as I was walking towards the driving range, he came walking towards me with his daughter. I asked him nicely if he would sign my tag & he said sure.

Billy Kilmer, as I was walking the cart path on hole #8, I looked at the guy next to me & it was him. I said, "Billy Kilmer?" He said yes. I told him he looked great, he shook my hand and told me he was 72 years old now. I asked him to sign my pairing book. It was so neat that I forgot to take a pic with him with my phone camera - LOL!

And as usual lately, no TTMs...

I know! I'm almost embarrassed to say how many I have at spring training.

Nice pick ups! Trump is someone I'll be sending to soon, but I think I might send him a ROMLB just to make it really nice.

It was very neat getting Trump because it was a total surprise and unexpected. I'm the only one he signed for before he walked away with his security people. As for getting him TTM, I haven't looked at his success rate but a ROMLB would be cool...

Went to night game at RDS. Nationals vs Marlins. Strasburg pitched for the Nats.

Took only one pic to get signed, Mike Dunn. I made an extra for him that he really liked.

Hey, finally! A TTM success today.

Robert Duvall, "love the smell of napalm in the morning!"

Went to RDS for game (Cards vs Marlins) but it was pouring after the 4th inning & I left...

duvall is great. does what a. rodgers does when signing mail. writes your full name on the back of item so that he knows what envelope to put it in. he's always been good ttm. great thread. haven't posted much, but have always used your ttm manager posts as a good guide for who to send to. great stuff.

Thank you. I always enjoy the IP for the opportunity to see how nice the person really is vs what you hear/read. Although, I did not bother getting a sig from him, the nicest player I have ever seen sign was Prince Fielder. He must have signed for 500 people (before coming in the park, after the game & leaving the park). He held people's kids for pics, posed for pics, whatever you wanted...

Duvall took about 3 1/2 months but I have always liked him as an actor.

Thank you and yes, I try to be very deliberate about updating the TTMM.
