Damaged Press Pass Reflector - Send it back or count my losses?

Picked up a pack of '05 press pass and got a Heath Miller reflector #164/500. It must have got snagged by something at the factory, because the back side is peeled up and creased about a 1/2" up from the bottom. The card was in the middle of the pack and looks great on the front side, and the other 3 cards are perfect as well. It's obviously a factory mishap. Not that it's a priceless card or anything, but kind of disappointing. Since I'm not a pro in the hobby, I'm just wondering what some of you would do or what experiences you've had with press pass. Should I call them? Send it back? Keep it and count my losses?

I would send it in. What have you got to lose? In the best case scenario, they might even send you a replacement of a better player or something.
