That would be correct, although I am a bit leery of sending a GU in a PWE- it might get creased, dinged up...

I think fi you send the card in a top loader it should not be an issue. I have done this numerous times and no issues. Just maybe wrap a single piece of paper around the top loader after. I don't really what to pay for a bubble wrap envelope for that one card. I am sure you understand.
