In 1999, the Vintage advertisement from the 50's was paying huge dough on eBay, near $100.00 for this advert:

"Nine out of Ten Doctors, prefer Camels"

I have no idea what people would pay now for the same thing.

I recently picked up 33 vintage beer trays. All were metal, but two. Most are for Pabst. I paid $110 for them. sold a lot of three yesterday for $61.00.

at the same sale I bought about 100 graphic novels call Doc Savage. They have cool illustrated covers but no images inside. I bought those for $25. Sold them in three lots for $91.00, $23.00, and $15.

I do very well with consoles. I usually find at least one at the goodwill outlet every time I go.

I just picked up a TON of Star Wars figures and vehicles, most MOC for $250. So far I counted 149 pieces, not including the loose vintage figures in the Darth Vader case. If you figure 5 bucks for each piece (low estimate, all single figures are $5-$10) that's $750. However, there are a lot of multi-figure sets, limited editions, exclusives, and vehicles that sell for 20-40. 1 figure, Darth Revan is 40-60 on ebay an $100 on Amazon.

This was a good haul :)
