Upper Deck redemption problem
Back in October I entered the redemption code for an Oliver Ekman Larsson future watch auto. I never checked the status of it until a couple days ago as it wasn't really a big deal of a card to me but when I checked the status on Monday I see it was shipped on 12/24/11. When I saw that they shipped it over a month ago I soon realized I never received it so I sent an email to UD's customer support. They emailed me back saying they checked the status and they showed it was delivered on 1/03/12 and that I should have received it.
Is there anything I should do or contact someone or is it MIA and thats how its going to remain.

Call them and explain that you don't have the card. Calling is always the way to go with either UD or Panini.

My only concern with calling is that they might bring up that it shipped 2 months ago and I'm just now complaining.
I can't help it that I have close to 30 redemptions processing that I don't check on them every day, usually I enter them and wait for them to come without checking on them.

just tell them that. they can look up how many you have, pretty sure they prefer the people that enter and just forget about them until they arrive. they've probably gotten away with forgetting to ship, and customers forgetting about the card before. at least you remembered and asked about it.

They said somebody at the Post office most likely yanked it and said they will mail me a replacement of equal value in a couple of weeks so I'm happy I guess.
