So about 8 months ago (i think), I sent in two 2010-11 SP Authentic Mystery Dual SOTT Redemptions. Until this morning, I have pretty much been checking the status of them everyday for the past 4 months. While its been a while, I actually recieved a call from someone named Ryan at Upper Deck. He was only calling to confirm my address, but out of the countless redemptions I have sent in, not once has that been done until now. I was even able to get a case number set up to send in some damaged cards.

This just caught me by surprise especially since they sent me two 2010-11 Artifacts redemptions just over two weeks ago. The guy was also extremely knowledgeable and willing to help me out with the damaged cards. All in all made a nice start to the day. Just figured Id shard this with everyone who is struggling with redemptions. There is a little hope after all haha!



......Maybe this means Im getting someone really nice for my mystery redemption?
