I still haven't heard back from 3 weeks ago when you when you said that you would put the money together that you still owe me from our trade, not sure how you still have money to send out cards for trades, but can't reinburse me for 1/2 the trade I had to send back to you. At least let me know if you are planning on keeping your word and paying me back, if your not, just tell me so I can forget about it. Thanks.

Please send me private messages for future reference and delete this one immediately - my attorney has advised me that by posting this in a public forum it is considered slander and libel, and I can use this in a court of law (either small claims court or by filing in either the county of record for Sports Card Forum or county of record that I reside in) in a lawsuit because it's covered under public domain and this actually constitutes evidence that can be used to prove my end of a civil suit that I am - at this point - seriously considering filing. This is the only time I will ask - otherwise I will ask my attorney to contact you and SCF privately.

You have taken me to the cleaners on this one Mr. Camburn, and I almost left this hobby because you chose to accept a deal sight unseen. Please, I beg you to knock it off and act like and adult and talk to me in private. Sports Card Forum doesn't need negative publicity, neither does this hobby, but I will fight my case in court if need be just because of the principle. I will be more than happy to discuss this with you in private, but since I was overruled after your incessant complaining to Sports Card Forum staff in regards to negative feedback being left (and the double standard in that I couldn't do the same, which is completely hypocritical and actually creates another issue for Sports Card Forum in that they showed bias towards one person over another, which constitutes discrimination), I am not sending you anything else under the advice of legal counsel.
