Is there an Active player zero chance list?

The TTM manager on this site is good but for alot of active plays there may be only one or two or even no report on them at all..

Example: Mark Teixeira wasn't listed, I just sent to him. Did I completely waste two good stamps?

Is there a any other list of active players that are 100% no chance of you ever seeing your card back?

As for Tex, I got him a few years ago c/o home, but he's been bad for a few years now...

I do not believe any player is a zero percent chance. I have gotten TTMs over the years from guys who used to be quoted as zero percent chances. Tony Gwynn, Pete Rose, Big Mac, Ozzie Smith, Shaq, and Magic Johnson all come to mind imediately. The problen is that those are high risk shots with poor track records of signing.

Jerry Rice and Nolan Ryan have had authentic returns in the last calendar year, no one is truly a 0%.

Tex has been a waste of stamps for ~2 years.

I don't believe in 0% but here are some guys as close to 0% as you can get: Alex Rodriguez, Derek Jeter, David Ortiz, Hanley Ramirez, Manny Ramirez, and a bunch of others

I would say Kobe and Lebron have a less than 1% chance of getting anything back. But hey if you feel like taking a gamble feel free.
