Just so you know, the code cards that are packaged with the bonus Harper card still worked for me. The ones that came out of the Update packs no longer worked, but the bonus ones did out of 3 value boxes I recently purchased. You may want to try to enter the codes.

Not sure why they wouldn't work, the date is 6/30/12. I am going to get rid of them, i got to 45 rings, no chance i am going to get all 60 before the end.

The codes from series 1 and update packs are expired, but series 2 is supposed to sill work. I believe the bonus code card packaged with the Harper bonus chrome insert must be from series 2 because they still worked for me and others as well so you should have at least one good code from each bonus box...unless they just through in codes from all 3 series and then it could be a crap shoot to get a series 2 code with the bonus Harper card.
