Adrian Beltre returned my cards unsigned with a preprint card of his own and a small note with the no time thing going on!

Yasmani Grandal 1/2 thrilled to get this former Reds farmhand! He left them in the trade where the Reds gave away too much talent for Mat Latos! He has future all star written all over him!

I managed to get Grandal this ST as well, and was sad to see him go too. I was at the April 29th game were Latos pitched and shelled for 5+innings. I agree they definitely gave up a lot for in my mind a middle of the road pitcher. The Reds did pull out the win with a homer by Bruce in the bottom of the 8th. One bright spot for Reds pitching was Marshall, he closed and looked real good. Cueto & Chapman are also pitching there asses off right now, so go Reds. Hopefully Latos will come around.

14 months later and great return! Joey Votto came in from last ST 2/2 on different years of A&G cards!

Glad to see you got Votto, he is a bit of a white whale for me. Can't seem to get him TTM or at the stadium, also seem to be in another line when he signs at Redsfest.

Yeah, Votto has been a year long wait each of the last two years via ST for me, but has come through three times so far. I am hoping that the plan for Chapman is to only have him in the bullpen until late june. They were thinking 150-160 innings this year and should they add him to the rotation around that time he can help with a playoff push! Latos and Leake have definately been a letdown. We both know Phillips will turn it around soon and Billy Hamilton may be leading off and in CF for Stubbs by August! Hamilton followed by Cozart would be an amazing 1-2 punch to start that lineup!
