Redemption
So here is the million dollar question. I was at my local hobby shop looking to by some cards to get some traders. I bought a pack of 08-09 Trilogy for the fact it promises a hit. Now i opened the pack and got all base cards and a redemption card that had expired. I have just started collecting for the first time in 15 years and when i was collecting i never seen one in my life so here is the question. Is there anything i can do or did i just waste 25 dollars on nothing?

Call Upper Deck and see if there's anything they can do. Here is the number for their Customer Service department: 1-800-873-7332, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. PST.
Depending on which agent you end up speaking with they may be able to help you.

I've had a little luck with Upper Deck giving me something for expired redemptions in the past, so it is definitely worth asking them anyways

Yeah that stinks when you get a redemption in an old pack. How does it work anyways, if it isn't redeemed does it just get sent out in a No Purchase Necessary or what? Because they know how many redemptions are out there, if it isn't redeemed something must happen to the card.

You could always try redeeming the code in your Upper Deck account first. Sometimes, expired or not, the congratulatory message still pops up when they still have the item in stock and you will get the item.
