HORRIBLE PANINI custome service
So here it is, after a year of waiting for a redemtion of a Teemu Salanne auto /50 from last years crown, after 6 different online request for replacements going back to last August, very polite request I might add. Not one response for any of my requests. Then I called customer service on 3 seprate occasions to wait on hold, then speak to someone only to be transfered to a sales agent who would never answer or respond to the messages I left on the machine. Finally I got upset called the customer service agin only to get a message that customer service is undergoing an upgrade please leave a message. I did politely told them I have been waiting a year for this redemtion and over 6 months for a replacement and I want it taken care off. Got the email today that my request has been updated. Case closed my auto /50 of Salanne replaced with a Bobrovsky auto /499. Great customer service panini. You have just lost the $2000 + a year I used to spend on your product.

Call them back and tell them that your replacement was substandard and that you aren't satisfied. and need a correct replacement.
Make sure you place a Claim with the Better Business Bureau. That damages their business at the Heart.
My wife bought me a set of Headphones (Sony) for Christmas. They were great in sound but cheaply made. She got some crazy deal thru Dell.
We took photos of the damage and sent to Dell. Two agents and 2 Managers "Sorry we cannot help you"
As soon as she contacted the Better Business Bureau, Dell contacted her within 4 days telling her that they were sending a return postage label, and that they would kindly refund her money.
This is the 2nd time that she has contacted the BBB and achieved positive results within one week.
Whatever you do, don't stop, don't give up.

I have noticed hearing accounts of improved customer service on behalf of Upper Deck since Panini entered last year.
If Panini is doing anything right for the buyer they are keeping Upper Deck more honest. It seemed like there were more UD stories like the recent Panini ones we've been reading about when UD was the only (licensed) show in town.
Just another example of how competition is healthy and advantageous to the buyer. Panini is probably just getting the kinks out. If they weren't around I wonder if UD would be pulling similar stunts.Hidden Content , Hidden Content , Hidden Content
