Look for the white User CP link near the top left side of this page under the SCForum banner at the top, and click on it. Click on Edit Details link, and make sure all your personal info is filled out in corresponding blank box areas provided. Name, address, phone number etc, and when done click the save button at the bottom of the page. You cannot trade, buy, or sell cards on any site if you don't have your personal information filled out properly. This information is safe, and secure, and can only be viewed by the necessary staff members of this site. The only time a member can view your name, and address is if you are making a transaction with someone, and it is only viewed by your trading partner when you set up the deal in the trade manager. Hope this helps!
Troy
PS: There are other links on that page with the edit details link that you may want to fill in, so just click on them, and look around the whole entire area. Don't be afraid to click on things to see what they are!
PSS: To state that the site isn't very helpful is kind of silly on your part, when all you need to do is go onto the homepage, and in the community forums find the link to the site tutorials which I will help you with by providing a direct link to it for you. I suggest before you do any trading, it would be a good idea to do some reading, starting with the site rules, which can also be found on the home page on the right hand side.
