Why doesn't hoops and preferred have rcs in the checklist?

Do they not have this years rookies in them?

If not when will be the first product with rcs in it?

Should be in the May/June Release of (Gold Standard), (Limited), (Past and Present) Sets, They will have those Dreaded Redemptions for 11-12 Rookie Class as well as 12-13 Rookies according to Panini's statement in the March/April Beckett.

Fleer Retro will have "rookie cards" but again, in a college uni :(

Yea it sucks, the one year that there is a rookie I am going to start a supercollection of from the very beginning and there not even in the first product.
