I have been wanting to try a Letterman set. I might start looking on ebay for a cheap nameplate to try. I have never put letters on a card, but I have made a custom logoman.

I tried using blocker cards in the past but they have either been slightly too small or slightly too large and since I can't trim the excess off with a paper cutter (1/2 inch thickness here), I only use regular cards. Oddly enough I find that A&G cards make for the best filler cards as they are a little thicker. For your next design leave about twice the space you currently have on the boarders. it will allow for easier assembly.

I am quite jealous that you found a place that does name plates only. Most places I go to won't do that. Is there anyway you could get some made for me and I can pay you with paypal cash? There are a few Canucks, Oilers and Flames name cards I would like to do.
